College of Agricultural, Consumer and Environmental Sciences
ACES "Brings Science to Your Life" through academics, research, and New Mexico's Cooperative Extension Service. You can pursue academic programs targeting a wide array of careers in industries as diverse as tourism, fashion, environment, resource management, education, and consumer sciences. Of our 22 bachelor degree programs, 14 are offered nowhere else in New Mexico.
College of Arts and Sciences
The College of Arts and Sciences provides the core liberal arts education that prepares students to be knowledgeable and responsible citizens of the world by conducting and promoting research, scholarship, creative endeavors and outreach to fulfill the land grant mission of the university. This core of a liberal arts education includes all 23 departments in the fine arts, humanities, social sciences, and the sciences.
College of Business
The College of Business offers majors in accounting, economics, finance, general business, information systems, international business, management and marketing, including a PGA Golf Management program that is fully accredited and endorsed by the Professional Golfers Association of America.
College of Engineering
Throughout six departments, undergraduate engineering students have access to creative faculty members and graduate students who research and teach modern engineering problems and techniques in diverse areas, including nanotechnology, aerospace technology, information and security technology, bridge and energy innovations, water quality and waste management, computer engineering and laser technology.
College of Health, Education and Social Transformation
A transdisciplinary college and research center, the College of Health, Education and Social Transformation houses programs in health, education, social services and social sciences. Dedicated to providing excellent teaching and research opportunities to the next generation of the caring professions, our cross-disciplinary collaborations and real-world applications make a positive impact in our local communities and beyond.
Honors College
The NMSU Honors College was the first of its kind in the state, and has provided highly talented students with challenging courses, a dedicated faculty and enriching research experiences. With more than 3,500 Crimson Scholars on the main campus, the Honors College serves a student body drawn from every department on campus and creates a vibrant and diverse community that encourages the exchange of ideas.
